Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company.
EDC and IDC shall include the interest and other incidental charges thereon as presently applicable but does not include any future upward revision by the Haryana Government, which shall be payable on demand.
Stamp Duty/ Registration charges shall be payable along with the last instalment based on prevalent rates.
Other charges as indicated in the BOOKING letter shall be payable additionally.
All payment to the company shall be in the form of cheque/DD payable at New Delhi in favour of “Sweta Estates (P) Ltd.” Payable at par.
Price prevailing on the date of booking shall be applicable and binding.
Any subsequent request for change - over from Down payment plan option to construction linked plan, in case allottee is unable to pay by the due date, shall be accepted subject to 15% per annum interest on such delayed down payment. Besides discount reversal, all instalments
Any request for the change of payment plan to down payment plan at a subsequent stage to booking shall be subject to applicability of discount only on
a) BSP and
b) After exclusion of all amounts that would have already fallen due/have fallen due as per Construction linked plan
The term ‘due’ means instalment already called for irrespective of due date.
